Josh Johnson joined the Fibersmith team in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience developing software in the telecommunications industry, specializing in the development of business and operational support systems. Josh has designed and managed systems that include subscriber and asset management, sales, marketing and field operations. He has extensive experience working with third-party service, software and hardware vendors to create integrations that limit swivel-chair. Josh received his Bachelor of Arts in computer science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Stephanie Rosskopf joined Fibersmith in 2019 and brings a wealth of industry experience to help clients utilize Vision to unlock their full potential. With a strong background in marketing, internal and external communications and management and leadership, Stephanie delivers energy and passion to help teams thrive. She helps providers understand and utilize Vision’s tools and systems to gain efficiencies and quickly grow their companies. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, management and marketing from Columbia College.
Zac Cutler joined Fibersmith in 2021 and has a broad array of experience and technical knowledge, as well as in business management and ownership. Zac spent more than five years establishing new telecom services and providing support for small business and enterprise clients. He ran a successful restaurant business before returning to the telcom industry and is now responsible for transitioning new clients to Vision, as well as offering technical and operational support for existing clients. Zac has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Allie Schomaker joined Fibersmith in 2022 and draws on her experience as a broadband marketer to help Vision’s clients grow their subscriber bases. Allie previously spent more than 12 years in telecom marketing, including advertising, event planning and public relations. She now helps providers use Vision to streamline location-based marketing processes and manage leads, campaigns and subscriber communications. Allie has a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Truman State University and a Master of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
