Vision's integration with Nokia promotes a streamline process for activating services and monitored devices to help with outages. With Nokia's abilitliy to monitor devices allow for users to see customers status of their hardware to better combat outages or issues with services. 

Key Features: 

The Hardware Display page provides insight on the current location of a piece of hardware, as well as the assigned IP address. It makes it possible to monitor the device to troubleshoot any outages and pinpoint affected subscribers.

The ONT Configuration page displays details about the ONT like the status, signal level, serial number, associated subscriber ID, and response time.

Each subscriber account page features an Active Services Card that makes important information easy to find. The card displays the subscriber’s IP address, MAC address, hardware specifics, equipment status and monitoring statistics.

View real-time data like light levels or the connectivity status of a piece of hardware on the Monitoring page.
