Vision recognizes that every service provider operates with their own business practices and allows for these differences to be expressed by the system. The administrator role aims to help drive the process for incremental improvements within and across departments.
Vision's Support team works very closely with administrators to ensure the system's initial setup is ready to go out of the gate. Expect constant and continued communication on training, system updates and tips for success.
