Are you creating online forms that your potential customers fill out? Then who manages those forms and who manages that data? If a customer calls into your customer service center, how do they check if that customer is in a current service area? How do you decide what leads receive specific marketing materials? Using the online sales tools and marketing capabilities build into Vision will answer all of these questions, and in turn you will gain valuable time back. Feel confident that the system is working to best manage your leads in the most productive way!

First things first, our team will help in setting up your public shopping cart and creating a custom URL. Your public shopping cart can be tailored to fit your branding colors and include your company logo. Then you can add the shopping cart link to your website and social media accounts. The timing of setting up your public shopping cart and when it goes into production will look slightly different for every client, but it is a major component of lead management! You can rely on the manual management of email blasts, send marketing flyers, and using referrals but having leads enter their data from the shopping cart is a game changer! The cart captures useful data and then enters the lead’s information into Vision. The tool easily allows the costumer to enter their address or drop a pin on the map. The customer can even schedule their install if they are located in a current service area. Communicating with customers and showing them available service areas, areas where fiber is being built, or areas offering wireless is going to produce quality leads. The customer wants to know that they can receive reliable internet and they want to know when builds are happening. This communication helps establish that meaningful customer relationship from the get-go. Whether that is from the automated emails being sent out or a sales representative reaching out to them after the lead comes into Vision via the shopping cart. All of these touch points are an important piece in targeting specific service areas.

Even if a lead is currently not in a service area, they may be located in a future build area. For example, they may be looking for fiber at their location, and that could be a future fiber build area for you. From the shopping cart data received there then can be an automated email sent out to them informing them. That would be a great way to potentially offer them wireless service in the meantime.

Your service area shapes will be setup in Vision with corresponding packages, this allows you to quickly manage lead data you receive from the shopping cart. For example, if one of your interest service areas is going to be your next fiber build, you will then have all of the lead data in that area to use. Once you are ready to start that build, you can quickly review the leads that have come in that service area and see who is interested. Overall, making your build process that much faster and efficient. Understanding the “where” allows you to make better decisions, use resources more wisely, and narrow the gap between information, action, and results.

Vision allows you to efficiently notify your leads of construction updates and important dates. You may need to send one area door hangers announcing construction is beginning. Then another sent to an area announcing fiber is coming soon and advertise wireless services. Either way, this is made possible in part by utilizing the shopping cart, establishing service areas, and setting up packages. The system will help you evaluate your leads and gives the understanding of the bigger picture. Prospective on future expansion will answer those questions of, “Where to build next?” and “Where will we find quality leads?”

Of course, our Vision Support Team will be able to assist with lead management, setting up your public shopping cart URL, and teaching your team how to use the online sales and marketing tools.
