What if a service offer does not display under a subscriber account?
If an offer does not display as an option under the Services tab in a subscriber account, try these steps:
1. Make sure that the location is located within the correct service area.
- Subscriber > Locations > Survey: Click on the Locations tab under a subscriber’s account. Click on the Survey tab under Locations.
- Locations > Survey > Map layers: Select the Toggle Layers button on the right hand side of the map. Click on the Service Areas option, then select Show Layer. Make sure that “Select All” is selected under the Service Areas drop-down menu. Then click DISPLAY ON MAP.
Make sure that the pin for the subscriber address actually falls within the service area with the desired offer.
2. Make sure that the account type and the package type match.
- For example, if a subscriber is listed as a Business account, make sure that the package type is also a business package. The account type is listed in the top right-hand corner of the subscriber's summary page.
3. Double check that the service offer is visible in the shopping cart.

Admin utilities > Service offers > Select offer: Search for and select the specific service offer. Make sure that the “Visible on Public Shopping Cart?” has “Yes” selected. If not, click EDIT in the bottom right hand corner and toggle the “Visible on public shopping cart?” to be active.
