Billing - Batch Notifications

Notification Templates 

The editing tool for email and SMS texting notifications uses a simple WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) interface.

A check mark is displayed next to a template that has complete content, giving Admins an easy way to review complete versus blank templates. 

To add or edit a communication piece, click the Action pencil icon .

Input the appropriate information and content.

Enter the desired sender email address, or select from the dropdown menu, and enter the desired sender name. 

Insert dynamic content by using a # to select from available data. Utilizing the # ensures that the applicable content will be automatically input for each Subscriber. For example, the #subscriberfullname variable will automatically populate the Subscriber's full name in place of that dynamic variable.

Dynamic variables are template-specific, so each template will have it's own unique dynamic variables available. 

When complete, click SUBMIT EDIT in the lower righthand corner.
