Calendar

The Calendar section within Operations allows you to build useful Reports around everything involving Calendar Events and Calendar Time Slots.

A report for calendar events and time slots under the operations section allows you to select the date range of 3 weeks either, last week, this week, or next 7 days. There is also an option to select a date range from a specific start and end date to choose a broader date range.

The report will give the option of what type of event that would be filtered in the report. Some of the options include; Bucket Truck, Dispatch, and Equipment Uninstall, these will allow the report to be more defined for what events are taking place. Services areas can be filtered in the report to allow for the report to be specified in an area or areas that your services reach. 

The report for a calendar event can also assign a person or multiple people to the information in the report and will give you the option to give the report file a name and how the format of the file will display once the report is created. Once the report has the information that you want to pull click Create Report to build the report.
