Network Events

Network Events tracks network outages or maintenance that affect a majority of subscribers. 

The  icon will conduct a general search in Network Events, while the  icon allows you to filter your search by Network Event category, status, priority and keyword. 

Click on an event to view, edit or add more details — like notes and associations.

View current and past network events, including the description, category, status, assigned employee and start and end date.
