Subscriber - All

subscribers basics customer service customer support history

The "All" tab shows a history of all major actions on the account shown in descending chronological order. Click on any of the stored actions to be taken to the specific action within Vision.

Examples of common actions: 

  • A new Service is added to a subscriber's account
  • A new Ticket is added to track a technical issue
  • A credit card Payment being added to the account
  • A tech takes pictures of the subscriber's NID and attaches to the account

This track record gives service reps a quick reference of recent activity on the account.
