Service Item

This video shows how Admins to create and edit Service Items. Service Items can be anything from physical assets, like hardware and equipment, to logical assets like circuits and services. Service Items makeup Service Packages which then can be grouped into Service Offers based on location. The subscriber will then have the option to select an offer in the public shopping cart. 

Service Packages

This video goes over how Admins can create and edit Service Packages. Service Packages are made up of one or more Service Items to be sold to a subscriber. Packages are displayed as Service Offers in the public shopping cart for the subscriber choose from. 

Service Area Management 

Service Areas are geographical areas defined by the service provider. Within each area, Service Offers are built to make available for purchase. All potential subscribers within the Service Area have the option to purchase these offers or sign up for interest packages in the public shopping cart.

Service Offers

The Service Offers page allows administrators to view, edit and add available offers. Offers can be setup to capture interest areas for new service expansions in addition to current operational service areas. Service Offers are made up of different Service Packages with a start and end date. Offers are then assigned to one or more Service Area. Subscribers will then have the option to purchase an offer that best suits their needs in the public shopping cart.
