1. Subscriber Portal

 

Purpose:
The subscriber portal is the main customer-facing site for managing services and billing.

Typical URL examples:

  • myaccount.companyname.net

  • portal.companyname.net

Functionality:
Customers can:

  • View and pay invoices

  • Manage payment methods and recurring payments

  • See payment and invoice history
