Reports

The Reports page lists available reports for your network. 

The Network Events report allows users to review key information related to network events, including affected subscribers, hardware, warehouses, service areas, event duration, and status.

This report is especially useful for narrowing down event impact because it can return data tied to associated subscriber hardware and other related records. This is helpful when reviewing automatically created network events, such as events generated when OLTs are affected.

Because of the flexibility of the report, Network Events data can support a variety of use cases. It can be used as a standard report, included in custom reports, or displayed in dashboard cards to provide quick visibility into active or historical network event information.

Click on the Report that you want to view or create, then input the applicable information and select CREATE REPORT.
