Mobile App Notifications

The Notifications tab in the Vision Mobile App allows users to view app notifications while working from a mobile device. This functions similarly to notifications in the Vision web version and can alert users when they are assigned a ticket, when a ticket receives an update, or when other relevant activity occurs.

If there are no unread notifications, the page will display that there are currently no unread notifications. Users can also refresh the page to check for new notification activity.

To receive push notifications from the Vision Mobile App, users will need to enable them from the Settings tab.
