Mobile App Search

The Search tool is the default screen shown when opening the Vision Mobile App. It can also be accessed at any time from the Mobile App Navigation Menu.

The mobile app Search tool is similar to Super Search in the Vision web version, but is focused on the main records field users are most likely to need while working from a mobile device. Users can search for hardware, subscribers, and tickets directly from the app.

This gives field users a quick way to find important information without needing to navigate through multiple pages. Whether they are looking up a subscriber account, checking ticket details, or finding hardware information, the Search tool helps them get to the right record quickly while working in the field.
